WordPress speed: diagnose, then repair.
A “20 tricks” article will not save a heavy Elementor site. I measure which metric is broken on which commercial URL, then repair that.
What I look at
- TTFB, object cache, page cache.
- JavaScript weight (builders, sliders, chat, pixels).
- Font files: weights, display, bad preload.
- Images: dimensions, format, LCP media.
- CLS and INP from third parties.
Diagnostic output
A priority list with estimated impact, sample URLs, and what not to touch. Implementation only after the scope is agreed.
Questions
Is WP Rocket enough?
It can cover part of caching. It will not fix origin TTFB, Elementor JS, Persian font payload, unsized images, or heavy queries. Diagnose first.
Do you guarantee a 90 PageSpeed score?
No fixed mobile score on every builder site. We pick real metrics — LCP, INP, CLS, TTFB — on sample commercial URLs.
Will you change hosting?
If TTFB is the host, I will say so. A move is a separate, agreed job.
